Krista Reed has a lot of passion for proper treatment for OCD and related disorders. As someone who has been diagnosed with OCD and Excoriation Disorder, Krista knows what it is like to be misunderstood and treated improperly by professionals. Krista has attended trainings for OCD and Related Disorders through International OCD Foundation, The TLC Foundation for BFRBs, Massachusetts General Hospital, and The Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a certification of Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. Krista has written children's books on mindfulness and skin picking. Krista works with ages 6-60 for OCD and BDD, and all ages for BFRBs. Krista is a professional member of the TLC Foundation for BFRBs and the International OCD Foundation.

David completed his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2005. After graduating from KU, he joined the Peace Corps and spent 3 years working as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Eastern Europe. David feels that he was lucky to work with an organization that was working to reintegrate children from state-run orphanages back into their homes and communities. This work was deeply meaningful to him and he has wonderful memories from his time in the Peace Corps. When he returned to the states, he began his career as a therapist. He quickly became interested and then passionate about treating OCD and other related disorders. David is a member of the International OCD Foundation (iocdf) and has leaned heavily on the iocdf in my training. David has many years of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD and other Obsessive-Compulsive Related Disorders. While Lindsay has experience working with many issues, she is currently focusing on both children and adults struggling with symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Mary Ann received additional training in several evidence-based counseling therapies for Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behavior, which allows her to offer optimal treatment based on individual needs. These trainings include CBT from the Beck’s Institute; ACT in Practice from Steven C Hays, PhD; BFRB from the TLC Foundation; ICBT from Amanda Petrik-Gardner, LCPC, LPC, LIMHP; CBT for BDD from Massachusetts General Hospital; and ERP training from PESI.
She was a community caseworker and clinical research manager before being drawn to counseling. She has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and is committed to being a culturally sensitive counselor. She is also dedicated to providing respectful, inclusive counseling to all and have experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients.
She is available for in-person counseling or teletherapy anywhere in Kansas or Montana. She specializes in working with clients 13 years of age and older.
At ICT OCD Alliance™ all of the members have extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and have a minimum of one year treating OCD.
In addition, Amanda, Shauna and Krista are intensively trained in ICBT.
Krista, Amanda, Blake, Adelita and Mary Ann have had training through The TLC Foundation for BFRBs. BFRBs include hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, tongue/cheek/lip biting, and nose picking.
Krista and Amanda have both completed training in this area and are passionate for proper treatment!
